Our telehealth services are available Monday - Friday 8 AM – 5 PM eastern standard time. If you need to receive non-emergent follow-up care related to your treatment, please contact your Provider by directly sending a message through the patient portal.
Cortina Medical Group strives to provide medical care within 24 hours from when you first submit your case. Once care has been initiated, your provider will respond to follow-up communication within 1-2 business days.
Telehealth services offered by Cortina Medical Group, P.A. and Cortina Medical Group of CA, P.C. (“Group”), and the Group’s engaged providers (our “Providers” or your “Provider”) may include a patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment recommendation, prescription, and/or a referral to in-person care, as determined clinically appropriate (the “Services”).
